When I got home with my brand-new pair of Skechers, I was disappointed to discover a major defect. The heel of the right shoe appeared to be higher than the left, and the shoe was half an inch longer on the right foot. As someone who places a high priority on foot comfort and quality, not satisfied with what they look like. I went to the store where I made the purchase as soon as I realized I needed to find a solution. They suggested I send the shoes in for an evaluation at the appropriate firm. I agreed, and now I'm waiting to hear back from them to see if we can come to an agreement. But to my dismay, they flat-out denied my claim, saying the problem didn't exist. This is when things start to get really discouraging, though. These shoes were a substantial investment for me, a hardworking person making the federal minimum wage. From a well-known company like Skechers, I expected a lot more, but I was left disappointed.
