Stradivarius canceled my order, but they haven’t issued a refund. What’s the best way to handle this?

If Stradivarius cancelled your order but hasn't repaid you yet, log in to your account and go to "My Orders" to make sure the cancellation was real. Take a picture of the state of the order that says it was cancelled.

Then, on the Stradivarius website, go to the "Contact Us" page. Choose "Refunds" from the menu and fill out the form. Include the date you cancelled, the order number, and the fact that the return hasn't been sent yet. Including a picture of the cancelled order can help the process go more quickly.

If you don't get your refund in a few days, call your bank or credit card company and challenge the charge. Be sure to bring the cancellation confirmation with you as proof.
