Mango Fails to Deliver Goods and Refund Money
I bought two things from the store and paid for them on October 22, 2023. I only received one of the items I ordered at my address. They canceled the other item because it was out of stock. I asked for my money back. Because I didn't have an invoice, they told me to talk to the customer support representative. The representative said they would give me a refund, but they asked for my bank account information. I've sent these details multiple times through email, but the refund still hasn't been processed. While I was getting my refund, the store called me to let me know that the item I wanted is available again. They said I can go and get it now. But because I mentioned the refund, the store employee wouldn't give me the item. Right now, I can't get the item, and I can't get my money back either. If we can't come to an agreement, my lawyer will have to take legal action to get the refund.
