Stayforlong Not Responding to Emails — Wrong Date Booking Needs Urgent Fix

On November 9, 2025, after being redirected from Trivago, I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong date—one day earlier—on Stayforlong’s website for Nippon Hotel in Taksim, Istanbul. My reservation number is 753nyq. I paid a total of $73 USD with my credit card. As soon as I realized the date was incorrect, I sent four separate emails to Stayforlong requesting a date change, but I have not received any response. There are no other contact options on their website, and it is impossible to reach customer service. Additionally, during the reservation process, no warnings or information were provided regarding cancellations or changes.

I believe Trivago should be more careful about the websites they redirect users to. When using a trusted platform, one expects reliability—not this kind of inconvenience. I request that Stayforlong correct my reservation, and I ask that Trivago be more attentive about the third-party sites they partner with.
