Stayforlong Canceled My Trivago Booking but Won’t Refund the Full Amount
On November 14, I tried to book a hotel in Adana through Trivago, which redirected me to Stayforlong. I completed my reservation for two rooms, but just 30 minutes later, I received an email stating that the rooms were unavailable, and my reservation was canceled by Stayforlong.
Despite the cancellation being on their end, they only refunded half of my payment, and I have been unable to get the rest of my money back. They ignore my emails, and Trivago refuses to take responsibility, saying it’s not their problem. There is no real customer support from either company. I demand a full refund immediately. Avoid Trivago and Stayforlong—they are unreliable and unresponsive!
