I Paid for My Hotel on Trivago via Stayforlong But Never Got a Booking or Refund

I made a hotel reservation through Trivago, which redirected me to Stayforlong. The payment went through without issues, and everything seemed fine—until I received an email saying the reservation was never completed. I was shocked because the money had already been withdrawn from my account.

The worst part? I’ve received no refund, no confirmation, and absolutely no customer support. I tried contacting Stayforlong, but there’s no way to reach a real person. I also reached out to Trivago, but they take no responsibility for third-party errors—even though they directed me to Stayforlong in the first place.

This is not just poor service; it feels like a scam. I need my ₺ refunded immediately and demand both companies improve their customer support systems. Travelers should not be left hanging without their money or their booking.
