Stayforlong has been a complete letdown. They don’t even bother speaking with customers over the phone, and the so-called assigned representative feels like an automated bot. I requested a date change for my reservation and was shocked to receive an extra charge of ₺14,500 on top of what I already paid—bringing the total cost of my trip to ₺51,548.
Yet when I checked the exact same hotel on their own website for the same dates (November 11–15) as a new booking, it showed a total of just ₺46,220. How can this be explained? Why am I being penalized for making an early reservation and trusting your service?
I’ve already paid ₺2,749, and I demand one of the following:
The updated total should be reflected as ₺46,220, with my previous payment deducted—leaving a balance of ₺43,500, or
A full refund of my ₺2,749.
