On October 29, 2025, a reservation was made on Stayforlong for the Double Three Moda Hotel without my knowledge or consent. The reservation number is 8xwlq5. My younger sibling, who is very young, accidentally accessed the site while playing a game and made the booking in my name using my card. This transaction occurred entirely without my involvement.
After the reservation was made, $152 USD was withdrawn from my account. As soon as I noticed the situation, I tried to contact Stayforlong customer service, but I could not reach the company via phone. I sent three emails to the address listed on their website, but I did not receive any response. When I attempted to cancel the reservation, I received a warning stating that it was “non-refundable.” I also called the hotel, but they said they could not assist because the reservation was made through an agency.
I do not live in Istanbul and I absolutely did not make this reservation. This transaction occurred completely without my knowledge, and I have been put in a difficult situation because of it. The reservation start time is very soon (in about two hours), and I urgently need a response. I do not want to be told afterward that the reservation is now past the start time and therefore “non-refundable.”
For this reason, I request an immediate refund of the $152 USD that was charged. I kindly ask that this issue be handled urgently.
