I booked a stay at Hilton Kozyatağı Istanbul through Stayforlong via Trivago. However, when I contacted the hotel, they said there was no record of my reservation. To avoid issues, I made another booking. Later, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I had been charged twice for the same stay!

The worst part? Stayforlong is impossible to reach—there is no way to contact them for support. Trivago is also unhelpful and takes no responsibility. After struggling, I managed to find an email address from other complaints and sent a detailed explanation, yet I have received no response.

This is completely unacceptable! Stayforlong seems like an unreliable platform that takes money without providing proper service or customer support. Trivago, why are you still listing this service despite so many complaints? I demand an immediate refund for the duplicate charge! Has anyone else had the same issue? How did you get your money back?
