Stayforlong Charged Me Twice (~$780) After Payment Error — Still No Refund After 25 Days

On October 3, I made a reservation through Stayforlong to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Mardin. During the payment step, I received an error message and assumed the transaction had not gone through, so I made the reservation again. However, when I later checked my credit card statement, I realized that the first attempt had also been charged, and a total of approximately $780 USD had been withdrawn for two separate bookings.
When I checked in at the hotel, I was not informed that two reservations existed. I noticed this only on the second day of my stay and immediately reported it to the hotel reception. The staff told me that the booking was made through Stayforlong and that they could not intervene. After that, I was only able to contact Stayforlong via email. I explained the situation in detail and requested a refund for the duplicate payment. However, for about 25 days now, all I receive are vague responses such as “We have forwarded the matter to our service provider and are waiting for their reply,” and no real solution has been provided.
I also have the payment receipts and all relevant documents. I request a refund of the extra $780 USD that was charged. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
