Stayforlong Charged Me Twice & My Hotel Reservation Doesn’t Exist

I booked a hotel through Stayforlong, but when I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. To make things worse, Stayforlong charged my credit card twice for the booking.

Now, I’m stuck in the hotel lobby, waiting with no room to check into. The only way to contact Stayforlong is through email, but despite multiple attempts, I have received no response. This is completely unacceptable—how can a company take money for a booking that doesn’t even exist?

I demand an immediate refund for the double charge and a resolution for my missing reservation. Stayforlong, fix this now! Has anyone else experienced this issue? This is a scam-like experience!
