Stayforlong Booking Not Sent to Hotel Despite Successful Payment
On October 23, 2025, I paid over $802 USD through Stayforlong to book a stay at Kolin Hotel Kepez for October 29. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my credit card, and I received both the confirmation email and the “payment received” notification. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation did not appear in their system, and the hotel asked me to pay again. Even though I showed my credit card receipt and confirmation email, the hotel stated that they had no record of the reservation.
I emailed Stayforlong, but I have not received any response, and I cannot find any phone number to reach them. I am currently left in a difficult situation and urgently request that my reservation be activated immediately.
