Stayforlong Charged Me Twice for a Failed Reservation

I made a hotel reservation through Stayforlong, and the payment was deducted from my credit card. However, shortly after, I received an email stating that my booking was not completed due to a payment issue and that my money would be refunded within a week.

Trusting this information, I booked another non-refundable hotel for the same dates. But later, Stayforlong sent me another email saying my original reservation was actually confirmed, and my money was never refunded. Now, I have two separate reservations for the same dates, and I am completely stuck.

I have sent multiple emails to customer support, but no one has responded. This is completely unacceptable! Stayforlong, I demand my refund immediately! You can’t mislead customers like this and ignore their complaints. Fix this now!
