If you were double charged on StarPets for one order and want to dispute it;
Check your order & payment history first;
• Log in → Account / Orders / Billing
• Note:
– Order number
– Date & amount charged (twice)
– Payment method used
• Screenshot the charges
Verify your bank/e-wallet/statement;
• Open your bank/PayPal/crypto wallet
• Confirm:
– Two separate charges
– Same order reference (if shown)
• Screenshot your statement showing both charges
• Use the Help Center, in-app support, or official email
• Explain:
– You were charged twice for one order
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Order number
– Dates & amounts
– Screenshots of both charges and statements
• Ask them to:
– Confirm the double charge
– Refund the duplicate payment
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
