I’ve Waited 5 Months for My Starpets Withdrawal and Still Haven’t Gotten My Money

About 4–5 months ago, I requested a withdrawal from my Starpets account to my card—and I’m still waiting. The money never arrived. I’ve contacted support multiple times, and every single time, I get the same copy-paste answers: “It’s been forwarded to a senior representative,” “We’re looking into it,” “Please be patient.” But nothing ever gets resolved.
I finally told them to just cancel the withdrawal altogether, but even that couldn’t be done. It’s like I’m stuck in a loop where no one can help, and no one takes real responsibility.
To make things worse, the withdrawal amount dropped from $22 to $19 during this waiting period. I won’t even get into the unfairness of that right now—but I have the screenshot and will attach it here.
Starpets, this is unacceptable. I want my money transferred immediately, with the original full amount. Stop stalling and give your users what they’re owed. Enough excuses—take action now.
