I recently encountered a serious issue on Starpets.gg. I had $106 in my account, and I attempted to transfer it to my card through the GameMoney section, using Mastercard/Visa. I carefully entered my card details and specified the amount. The site shows the transaction as completed, but the funds have not appeared in my card account.
I am certain that I entered the correct card details, so the issue is not on my end. I demand that my money be either credited to my card or returned to my wallet on the site.
