On April 10, 2025, I noticed that Starpets withdrew ₺318.22 and ₺67.71 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I was never asked for approval, and I didn’t receive any message or notification about these charges. If I had been informed, I could have taken action sooner to prevent this from happening.
Right now, I have no idea why these payments were taken or what they were even for. This kind of unauthorized transaction is unacceptable, especially when users are left completely in the dark.
Starpets, I need a clear explanation of these charges and a full refund of both amounts immediately. Please take this seriously and resolve the issue without delay.
