I am writing regarding two unauthorized charges made to my Visa debit card in the amounts of $5.61 and $5.87, both dated April 18, from Starpets.GG. The card used ends with the digits 8318, with an expiry date of 03/31, and it is issued in the name of Debbi Tan. I have never registered, played, or made any purchase on Starpets.GG, and the account on which these transactions were made is completely unknown to me. I live in Union City, California, USA, and I only became aware of these charges when reviewing my bank statement. I contacted Starpets.GG support three times about these unauthorized transactions and have not received any response. I also contacted my bank, and they directed me to reach out to Starpets.GG to clarify the situation. I am not requesting a refund of these amounts. My concern is to receive clear confirmation from Starpets.GG about which account and which individual made these purchases, as I want to be sure that these charges were not made by my grandson, whose name is Alvin Salin*** and who also uses the name Jacobb, or through any misuse of my card information. I kindly request a detailed clarification and confirmation regarding the source of these charges and any related account information, so that I can understand what happened and take any necessary steps on my side.
