Today at around 11:00, I made a payment of approximately 25 USD (about 1,080 TL) for Starpets, for Adopt Me pets. I used my Turkish bank Visa online card for this purchase. After confirming the payment, the system showed that the payment was declined and stated that there was not enough money in my bank account. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that the 25 USD had actually been withdrawn, although this payment did not appear in my bank’s transaction history in a normal way. Despite the money being taken from my account, the balance or items did not appear in my Starpets account, and I did not receive what I paid for. I regularly shop from Starpets, and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem, which makes the situation even more worrying for me. I have already sent an email to the Starpets support address about this issue, but I have not yet received any response. I kindly request that the payment be checked as soon as possible and that either my missing items/coins be added to my Starpets account or my money be refunded to my bank card.
