On December 31, 2025, I made a payment with my card through Starpets for an item called “Rose Gift.” There is a transaction record with the code 019b7147-1c41-748c-b8e5-c93b5400efbe. Despite completing the payment, the item was never delivered, and no solution was provided regarding the issue I experienced.
I opened a dispute through the website, but even after several days, I received no response from the moderators. I then tried reaching Starpets support through other channels, including email and additional contact methods, but I did not receive any reply there either. This situation has caused both a loss of time and a complete loss of trust in the platform.
Since I did not receive anything in return for the $5.55 I paid, I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that the $5.55 payment be fully refunded to me.
