I tried to reach your support team via live chat, but the system only shows that no one is available, and I have not been able to get any assistance about the missing balance. I request that the remaining funds from this $2 top-up, which disappeared from my account after only two small purchases, be restored to my Starpets balance as soon as possible, and that I receive an explanation of why this issue occurred.
