Unfair Mute On StarMaker Account


My StarMaker account with ID 100042458*** was muted on 05/18 at around 3:18 for no valid reason. I did not use any bad words, spam, or violate any rules. I only joined a party room as a listener, and after that I received error code 102311 and I am unable to send messages or take seats. This is the first time something like this has happened to my account. I believe this mute is unfair and a mistake, because I did not engage in any abusive or suspicious behavior. I kindly request that my account be unmuted as soon as possible and that the restriction on sending messages and taking seats be removed.
StarMaker support responded only with a generic 'Harass/Abuse' message but did not provide any proof. They did not share the specific message, time, or chat log where I supposedly violated the rules. I am requesting them to provide this evidence.
Support refused to share my own data, claiming it's against "privacy policy". Yet they muted me without showing any proof of my violation. You can't hide behind "privacy" after punishing someone publicly. If no violation is shown, the mute is unfair. StarMaker must provide the exact message, time, and room ID. Otherwise, this decision is baseless.
