I Face StarMaker Messaging Block Without Explanation for Over a Week

I am a StarMaker user, and for more than a week now, my account has been blocked from using messaging and live rooms without any explanation. I suddenly lost access to these features, and I did not receive any warning or information about what I supposedly did wrong. I contacted StarMaker support through the available channels, but I have not received any response, and my messaging is still disabled. This situation is very upsetting because I use StarMaker actively, and I am not aware of violating any rules or terms. I kindly request that my account be checked as soon as possible and that my access to messaging and live rooms be fully restored. If there is any specific reason for this block, I also expect a clear explanation so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
