StarMaker 'Service Isn’t Working' Message

At the end of March, after I accidentally deleted the StarMaker app and reinstalled it, I discovered that my account had been banned. Since then, I have not been able to access my account at all, and the issue is still ongoing. My StarMaker account ID is 100134386*** and I had not received any warnings, violation notices, or temporary suspensions before this sudden ban. When I tried to contact StarMaker support through the app, I repeatedly received the message “Service isn’t working,” so I have not been able to get any explanation or assistance regarding the ban. I have also never made any purchases such as VIP membership or coin packages on this account. I am requesting that my account be reviewed and reactivated, as I believe this ban is a mistake. I also kindly ask for clear information on the reason for the ban, if there is one, and for your support in restoring my access as soon as possible.
