I Face Starmaker Account Restriction Blocking Party Rooms and Live Rooms

I am a Starmaker user, and my account with ID 100137530268 has been restricted from entering party rooms and live rooms. Whenever I try to join, I receive a message stating that my account is disabled from accessing party rooms. This issue began after I deleted my previous account, which was registered with the same phone number, approximately 5 to 7 months ago.

Today, I created a new account using the same phone number. Although the previous account was permanently deleted, the restriction appears to have carried over to my new account. Due to this limitation, I am unable to join party rooms or live rooms, cannot complete daily tasks that require staying in party rooms for a certain period, and therefore cannot earn the silver coins and gifts that are essential for my activity within the app.

Additionally, I am unable to use Starmaker for its intended purpose of socializing and connecting with new people. If I cannot access core features like party rooms and live rooms, there is little value in continuing to use Starmaker compared to other singing apps.

I kindly request that you review my account (ID: 100137530268) and completely remove this restriction so I can fully access all features, join party rooms and live rooms, complete my tasks, earn rewards, and continue using the application as intended.
