StarMaker Ban Dispute Request for Account Review

I have been using the StarMaker application with the account ID 100110000265, and my account was suddenly blocked today. In the app, it says that my account was suspended for “illegal behavior”, but I do not know what this accusation is based on. I have only used StarMaker to sing and participate in the community in a normal way, and I have never knowingly violated any rules or behaved illegally. I was not given any clear information about what exactly I supposedly did wrong, and I find it very upsetting that my account was blocked without any understandable reason. I kindly request that my account be checked again in detail, that I be informed clearly if there has been any misunderstanding, and that my account be reactivated. I also kindly ask to be informed about how long the review and possible reactivation of my account will take, because I would like to continue using StarMaker as soon as possible.
