I have been using the StarMaker application and about a week ago my account was suddenly banned without any clear reason. When I tried to log in, I just saw that the account was banned, but I did not receive any prior warning or specific explanation about what rule I supposedly violated. I contacted StarMaker support to ask why my account was banned and to appeal the decision, but I kept receiving the same standard message without any detailed clarification or real review of my situation. This is my first time ever getting banned on the platform, and I believe this decision is unfair and has been taken without properly informing me. I kindly request that my account be reviewed carefully and unbanned, as I want to continue using StarMaker. I am not asking for anything else, I would simply like my account to be restored and to receive a clear explanation if there is any misunderstanding.
