Reactive My StarMaker Account

I use StarMaker on my Android phone and I always log in with my Facebook account. A short while ago, I tried to log into my account as usual, and immediately after logging in I saw that my account had been suspended without any prior warning or explanation. I was not informed beforehand and I did not receive any notification or message stating that I had violated any rules. After noticing the suspension, I tried to reach StarMaker support, but I have not received any response so far. I do not understand the reason for this suspension and I want to regain access to my account. I kindly request that my StarMaker account, which I log into via Facebook, be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or that I be clearly informed about the exact reason for the suspension.
