StarMaker Wrongful ‘Rule Violation’ Mute Recovery Request

On the StarMaker app, even though I have not bothered any users or violated any rules, my account (Username: zakir, ID: 100115648***) has been muted since October 14. The only explanation given was a generic “rule violation” message. Despite contacting in-app support many times, I have received no clarification about what the violation supposedly was, and I keep getting the same automated responses. I have not been able to speak with any actual representative.

I began my VIP membership at the beginning of October, paying approximately $99 by credit card. Since October 14, I have not been able to use the service at all. I am requesting cancellation of my membership and a refund of the amount I paid. However, I keep receiving automatic replies about this as well, and my issue is not being resolved.

I use an Android phone. I request that my issue be clarified as soon as possible and that my membership be canceled and my payment refunded.
