My StarMaker Account & Device Banned for No Clear Reason

I’ve been using the StarMaker app for about five years, but I was recently banned and I still don’t understand why. I always follow the rules, yet I cannot figure out the reason for this ban. These warnings keep appearing. When someone else checks my account, I still cannot log in, and I can’t even enter the app as a guest. It appears that my device has been banned as well, and I want to know the reason for this.
