Star Marker App Silencing Users Without Cause
For about a week, I’ve been getting muted repeatedly on the Star Marker app under the username “snmrcnata,” without any valid reason. I don’t use offensive language, nor do I disturb anyone. In fact, I warn others to behave properly, and I have never had a negative interaction with anyone. Despite this, I constantly receive a “you have been muted” warning, and I am unable to send messages or sing. This has never happened to me before, and I am a new user.
I submitted a support request through the app, but I have not received any response, and the muting continues. I have not made any payments, and I am using an Android phone. I request that my account be reopened immediately, that this unfair and baseless muting action be removed, and that no user should be punished in this way solely based on other users’ reports. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible; otherwise, I will cancel my membership.
