StarMaker ‘Multiple Account’ Error Recovery Demand

For about a year, I have been receiving a “multiple account” or “risky account” warning on the StarMaker app on my Xiaomi Note 11 Pro. When I log in, my account (𝓑𝔂𝐙𝐚𝐇𝐚𝐑𝐲𝐀s) is flagged this way, and I cannot join any party rooms or live sessions.

To fix the issue, I deleted and reinstalled the app, changed my password, and tried different methods, but nothing worked. I also tried contacting customer service, but I couldn’t find any support channel. The problem continues all the time, and I can’t use the app at all.

I request that my account be restored to normal, that I be able to use the app without issues, and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding this situation.
