I log into the Star Maker app with the username “Ali_Ömür5555.” However, for some time now, I haven’t been able to enter any rooms. I keep getting a warning that says “due to account overload or risk,” and because of this, my access to all rooms is completely blocked.
I haven’t made any payments and my account is a free account. I haven’t contacted customer service yet, nor have I deleted and reinstalled the app. However, I want to note that this is not an issue I can solve on my own, and I am unable to use the app in its current state.
I request that this restriction on my account be lifted and that the necessary support be provided so I can enter rooms again.
