StarMaker Support Not Responding to Device Ban Issue

A family member of ours received an access ban on their StarMaker account and device months ago, for a reason even they do not know. Despite submitting multiple complaints, no representative has provided any explanation about what happened, nor has anyone made an effort to resolve the issue. At this point, we are not even asking for the account to be restored — we simply want the device ban to be lifted. I am sharing our member’s ID below, and we urgently request that the device be unblocked as soon as possible.
