Can’t Enter Rooms or Create New Account on Starmaker — ‘Maximum Reached’ Error

While using the Starmaker app on my Redmi device, I haven’t been able to enter any rooms for a long time due to the “multiple account” restriction, and I also cannot create a backup account. When I try to create a new account, I get an alert saying “maximum reached.” To fix the issue, I deleted my Google account and tried again, but nothing changed. I have not contacted customer service so far.

I request that the multiple-account restriction on my device be removed so that I can use the app without problems. I kindly ask for your assistance.
