Starbucks Thermos Fell Apart After First Use – Requesting Refund




I purchased a Starbucks thermos through an online shopping site, and after just one use, the bottom cap fell off. Without the cap, the coffee cooled down immediately, making the thermos unusable. I’m requesting a full refund for the thermos, as it’s unacceptable for it to fall apart in just one day. How can a product like this be so poorly made? This is a clear case of customer dissatisfaction, and I expect the issue to be resolved promptly. Starbucks needs to ensure better quality control for their products.
