like two or three months back, I got myself a Starbucks thermos, thinking it would be a solid and durable purchase. Just visit a few pages you'll see it's a pretty common issue. as a loyal customer, I have the right to ask Starbucks to take care of this quickly. a new lid for my thermos or a brand new one if possible. It's got a defect and I'd really appreciate it. Starbucks gotta fix its product issues to keep customers happy and their rep for quality intact, many think of this brand when there is a need for something like this, they must keep it that way.
