I Ordered a Double-Lid Starbucks Thermos but Got a Single-Lid One Instead


I purchased a thermos from Starbucks, carefully reviewing the product description before ordering. The listing clearly stated it had a double-lid design, which is exactly why I chose that specific model. But what I received was a completely different item—a thermos with only one lid.
I contacted the seller to correct the issue, expecting a quick fix or at least an explanation. Instead, I got no response at all, which forced me to return the product.
This is not what I expect from a global brand like Starbucks. I trusted the product listing and the brand reputation, but in return I got a misleading description and poor customer service. I’ve attached photos showing both what was promised and what actually arrived.
