Starbucks Steel Thermos Leaking After 2 Months – No Replacement Offered
I purchased a green-patterned steel thermos from a Starbucks store and used it for only two months before it started leaking from the bottom. When I went to the store to request a replacement, they refused because I didn’t have the receipt.
I then contacted Starbucks customer support, hoping for a solution. However, they called me back only to say that thermoses are imported, and they don’t receive spare parts, meaning they can’t do anything to help.
It makes no sense that a product sold at Starbucks becomes useless if it leaks, especially considering how expensive these thermoses are. This is extremely disappointing, and after this experience, I won’t be buying another thermos from Starbucks again. Starbucks, stand behind your products and offer proper support!
