I recently purchased a Starbucks-branded thermos, and while it performs well in terms of keeping beverages hot, I was extremely disappointed to see that the outer color faded after just one wash with hot water. I didn’t use any harsh cleaning methods—just hot water—and yet the thermos is already visibly deformed in appearance.
This is not something I expect from a premium brand like Starbucks. A product that is supposed to withstand heat should not lose its finish so easily. If the design is that fragile, then what’s the point of calling it a thermos?
I’m requesting that Starbucks take accountability and resolve this issue—either through a replacement or compensation in ₺. A product at this price point should deliver both function and durability, and right now, it fails to meet basic expectations for quality.
