Starbucks Thermos Fell Apart After First Use – Requesting Refund

I purchased a Starbucks thermos through an online shopping site, and after just one use, the bottom cap fell off. Withou...t the cap, the coffee cooled down immediately, making the thermos unusable. I’m requesting a full refund for the thermos, as it’s unacceptable for it to fall apart in just one day.
