Starbucks Review: Bought a Thermos, but It Leaks
I purchased a Starbucks-branded thermos, expecting high quality from such a well-known company. However, the lid leaks, making it impossible to use properly. When I went to the store to request a replacement, the staff told me this model has a manufacturing defect and many customers have reported the same issue.
Since Starbucks is an international brand, I never expected to receive a faulty product. I also didn’t keep the receipt because the thermos has the official Starbucks logo on it, and I assumed the brand would stand behind its products.
Despite this clear manufacturing flaw, they refused to exchange it. For the price I paid, I deserve a fully functional thermos. Starbucks, I expect a replacement immediately!
