I’ve attempted to contact Starbucks customer service more than 10 times regarding an issue, but every time I reach the point of being transferred to a representative, the call disconnects. This isn’t a one-time glitch—it has happened consistently, even when trying from a different phone. It feels less like an error and more like an intentional block, which is incredibly frustrating.

As a loyal customer, I expect better accessibility and problem resolution from such a reputable brand. Starbucks must address this issue immediately, improve their call systems, and ensure customers can reach support representatives without unnecessary obstacles. I urge Starbucks to resolve this communication problem promptly and provide the assistance customers deserve.
