Starbucks Coffee Application Error: Unable to Use My Balance and Free Drinks for 5 Days!

For the past five days, I've been dealing with a vexing problem with the Starbucks mobile app. Despite reporting it in writing and by phone, I have received no response, positive or negative. The issue is that I am unable to use my balance or free drink rewards within the app. Even when I visit Starbucks locations, I am unable to redeem the cash and free drink credits that have been saved in my account. It's been extremely inconvenient, and Starbucks' lack of communication has only added to my annoyance. I'm writing to share my experience and to seek help from others who may have had similar problems with the Starbucks mobile app. It's disheartening to have rewards and credit that you can't use, and I hope Starbucks addresses this issue soon.
