Durability Problems with Skechers Shoes

My son needed new shoes, so I headed to the Skechers store in Optimum Izmir at the beginning of September. Within a month, the glued section at the front began to separate. We made the mistake of purchasing this brand in the hopes that it would last and be of high quality, but after only a month it was in a terrible state. We returned the shoes to the shop, but they gave us the runaround that it was our fault. There was never any water or mud on the shoes, and they were never washed, wiped down with a damp cloth, or rubbed with a cloth. Why this is a customer service issue is beyond me. My son wore these shoes for maybe a month, and we spent about 1800 TL on them.
