On April 8, 2026, a charge of approximately $3 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account via iyzico with the description “Spotify.com.” This transaction was made without my knowledge or consent.
Previously, I had received SMS notifications indicating that payment attempts were unsuccessful due to insufficient funds on my card. However, on the day I deposited money into my account, the amount was automatically charged without any approval from me. I have not subscribed to any service or given authorization for any recurring payments, and I did not approve this transaction.
I request that this unauthorized charge be canceled and that the $3 withdrawn from my account be refunded immediately. Additionally, I want all unauthorized payment attempts on my account to be blocked to prevent this type of issue from happening again.
