Disputing Unauthorized Tinder Purchase on My Bank Card

Even though I do not have any subscription to the Tinder app, money was withdrawn from my card without authorization. On December 25, a charge of $3 appeared on my Ziraat card with the description “Tinder purchase.” Another charge was attempted on January 24, 2026, but it did not go through due to insufficient funds.
After these transactions, I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service, canceled my card, and submitted a dispute request for the charge. Despite this, I am still experiencing financial harm from this unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge or consent.
Although I never started any subscription or gave approval, $3 was taken from my card. I request that this amount be refunded to me as soon as possible and that the necessary security checks be conducted on my account and card information to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
