Unauthorized $89 LIDIO/Google Charges on Debit Card
On February 17, 2026, a total of $89 was charged to my Ziraat Bank debit card, which is registered in my name, under the description “LIDIO/Google.” The transactions were processed in multiple installments throughout the day — six separate charges of $2 each, along with one charge of $80. These transactions were not authorized by me, and I do not know why they occurred.
I do have some subscriptions through Google and Lidio; however, I did not make purchases in these amounts or at this frequency, nor did I approve such charges. I cannot understand how such a large amount was withdrawn from my card in this manner, and I am concerned about the security of my account.
I request a clear and detailed explanation of which transaction or subscription these charges are related to and on what basis they were processed. If any of these charges were unauthorized or incorrect, I demand that they be fully canceled and refunded to my card. I also request that the necessary security checks be conducted to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
