Unauthorized Mspy Subscription Charging Me Monthly—Requesting Refund
A “Standard” subscription was started on mspy.org without my knowledge, and a recurring charge of $38 has been withdrawn every month from my Ziraat Bank credit card through Iyzi. I did not approve or intentionally start this subscription; it may have happened without me noticing. I tried to contact both mspy.org and Iyzi about the issue, but I was unable to reach anyone and could not get any information on how to cancel it.
When I reviewed my bank statements, I saw that this amount had been withdrawn regularly every month. I request that this subscription be fully canceled and that all amounts withdrawn so far be refunded to me. I urgently request that this transaction—which was carried out without my knowledge and consent—be corrected immediately.
