I signed up for Prime Video using the 30-day free trial promotion. However, on 11/22/2025, a total of 10 unauthorized charges of $2 each were made from my Ziraat Bank card ending in 4543, processed through iyzico, amounting to $18 in total. These transactions were made through my Prime Video account registered with the phone number ending in 2732.
Since I could not find a phone number or any official customer support channel for Prime Video or iyzico, I was unable to speak with anyone regarding this issue. Although I registered under a free trial, these repeated and unauthorized charges were taken from my card without my knowledge or approval.
I request that all of these duplicate and unjust charges be investigated and canceled, and that the full amount withdrawn be refunded to me without any deductions.
